Does your company accept custom design order?
Yes, we do accept custom design order. If your company is interested to import any items kindly send us the pictures & dimension & we will let you know the wholesale prices.
What is your standard packing?
Our Standard packing consists of corrugated roll and air bubble sheets for bigger items and corrugated boxes for smaller items. We also pack as per the specification of our clients. In such cases any additional cost such as special corrugated corners, cartons etc. is borne by the clients.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an E-mail confirmation if your order information included an e-mail address. This usually happens within 4 – 6 weeks from the time you placed your order or it depend on the volume of order.
How & When you pay balance if on T.T Basis.
When container stuffed and we fax/e-mail you the copy of shipping documents of the container, than you pay balance amount by T.T. and as we receive the balance we will send u the original shipping documents.

Do you have a showroom?
Yes. Although not open to the public, you may visit by appointment only.
Do you have a minimum quantity for an order ?
Yes the minimum quantity for products and a minimum order of $ 55 required.
Can you provide Samples ?
Yes. We provide samples of all products, however it is our policy to charge for samples and shipping of these items. Alternatively please provide an International courier account number for the purpose of sending samples.
Do you accept Credit Card payment ?
We accept credit card payment through PayPal.
Do you warranty the products you sell.
Yes, within the following parameters: We offer a total replacement guarantee on all our products should they reach you in an unsatisfactory condition. Any warranty claims should be filed within 7 days of receiving your consignment and accompanied by photographs or other evidence of the problem incurred.
What can I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Please notify us by phone, fax or email immediately within 7 days of shipment arrival. Please provide us photos of any damage.
What if I am interested in a product that I do not see on the site?
If you are interested in a product that you cannot find at www.sandalwood.cn.com , please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will respond to you within one to two business days.
How can we place an order?
You can place your order by e-mail, fax or call us, all Orders are accepted on T.T Basis (wire transfer), DP Basis or on Irrevocable L/C at sight basis (Letter of Credit).
When the order is confirmed?
Orders are confirmed as soon as we received 40% advance of the total value of consignment if on T.T basis, DP basis or else if we confirm L/c at our bank if on L/c basis.
How long will it take for you to prepare my order?
This depends on what and how much you order, for Handicraft items in our catalog the turn-around time is very fast, within two week to one month. For products not in our stock and custom items we will give you a response via return e-mail for your consideration.
Do You Offer Discounts for large orders ?
Yes.. we offer the following discounts for large orders
Orders above US$ 1,000.00 receive a 10% discount from the published pricelist.
Orders above US$ 2,000.00 receive a 15% discount from the published pricelist.
How long will the shipping take ?
Single items or small consignments ( LCL, Samples ) from our catalogue can be at your door via Air Freight within 5-6 business days, For full or partial containers the final destination is the key, when you place an order for a container load, we will provide you with a definitive shipping schedule for the port nearest your location.
Can you provide insurance for the transit of my goods ?
Yes, when shipping full containers and LCL cargo via our recommended shipping company we can insure the shipment for of the goods against any damage whilst in transit, until the time the consignment reaches your door.. Cost is 4% of the total value of the cargo.
What about the taxes and import duties in my country ?
These vary from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs agent for a quote .
What are your payment terms and conditions ?
We request wire payment via Bank to Bank TT (Telegraphic Transfer) ,PayPal,credit card through PayPal.At confirmation of order we request a 50% deposit for the products. The balance, the final 50% for products and the shipping cost 100% to be paid when the container is sealed and ready to be delivered to the port. For LCL shipments we request 100% remittance in advance.
What happens to my order if the product I’ve Ordered is not in stock?
We do hold sufficient stock of items. If the product selected is available, it’s dispatched in the minimum possible time. However, in case of a specific order, the production begins upon finalization of design & receipt of 100% agreed payment.
